Appointment Information & Our Cancellation Policy

At Fuller Life Therapy Services, we are committed to providing you and your family with exceptional care and dedicated session times. Our appointments are structured to ensure every client receives the focus and quality service they deserve. To ensure the sustainability of our services, we have the following policy in place.

Appointment Details

Consistency is key to therapeutic success. We encourage all clients to prioritize their scheduled sessions. To help you manage your busy schedule, we provide appointment reminders 48 hours in advance via SMS or email; however, remembering the appointment remains the responsibility of the client or caregiver.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 business hours notice. This notice allows us to offer the time slot to another individual on our waiting list who may be in urgent need of support.

  • 48+ Hours Notice: No cancellation fee is incurred.
  • Less than 48 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will be applied.
  • Non-attendance (No-show): A fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost will be charged.
NDIS Funding and Claims

For NDIS-funded services, cancellation fees are charged according to the current NDIS Pricing Guide requirements. These charges will be claimed from your plan funding as a 'Late Cancellation' to cover the scheduled service costs and therapist preparation.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact our administrative team at (08) 7084 7970 or email admin@fullerlifetherapyservices.com.au. Our office is open Monday to Friday, and notice provided outside these business hours will be recorded as received at the start of the next business day.
